Fox has just released the first promo picture of Tim as Duval Pritchard. Photos of the other members of the cast can ben found at their Facebook page.

Fox just released the first trailer for The Frankenstein Code, which is set to premiere in 2016.
Not a lot of Tim in this first trailer, but he sure looks fine as FBI Agent Duval Pritchard. 🙂

Seventy-five-year-old JIMMY PRITCHARD (guest star Philip Baker Hall, “Modern Family,” “Magnolia”) is a shell of his former self. Now, some 15 unkind years later, he is killed when he stumbles upon a robbery at the home of FBI Agent DUVAL PRITCHARD (Tim DeKay, “White Collar”), one of his three children. But death is surprisingly short for Jimmy, who is brought back to life by billionaire tech-genius twins MARY GOODWIN (Dilshad Vadsaria, “Revenge”) and her brother, OTTO (Adhir Kalyan, “Rules of Engagement”), founders of the social networking empire, Lookinglass.
Resurrected as a younger version of himself, with physical abilities of which he never dreamed, a re-animated Pritchard (Rob Kazinsky, “True Blood”) is given a second chance at life. What will he do with it? Will he seek vengeance against those who killed him? Will he try to repair the damage he did to his family? Will he embrace a new sense of purpose or fall prey to old temptations?

Today, we got to see the first shots of Tim and two of his co-stars, Dilshad Vadsaria and Adhir Kalyan, on the set of Fox’s Frankenstein pilot in Dallas! Thanks so much to Tim and Dilshad for posting these.
It’s great to see so much enthusiasm from these three! Looking forward to seeing more from the set.

According to Deadline, Tim is set to co-star as an FBI Agent in Fox’s new pilot, Frankenstein, alongside Rob Kazinsky.
Here is their summary of the pitch:
Taking inspiration from the basic Mary Shelley mythology of a man brought back to life by scientists playing God, Frankenstein centers on Ray Pritchard (Hall), a morally corrupt retired cop who is given a second chance at life when he is brought back from the dead. Privy to information only a dead man could possess, this former Marine and L.A. County Sheriff (Kazinsky) teams with his son, FBI Agent Duval Pritchard (DeKay), to take down the bad guys. However, though his body is new, his thoughts and desires are of a 75-year-old badass curmudgeon.
