This new episode of Dinner at Tiffani’s will premiere Sunday, January 8th at 8pm ET/5pm PT.

“A Rustic Luncheon”
Tiffani Thiessen creates a rustic and flavorful menu for her friends Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay. Her Honey Garlic Salmon smoked on the grill is a light dish, rich in flavor and pairs perfectly with her Grilled Vegetable Couscous Salad. Tiffani shakes things up with a Blackberry Mint Mule and her Cardamom Nectarine Galette ends the meal on a sweet high note. This spread offers indulgent flavors with rustic charm!

Tim and Elisa will be appearing on Tiffani Thiessen’s Christmas special, Christmas at Tiffani’s, on the Cooking Channel! This special episode of Dinner at Tiffani’s also includes Jason & Naomi Priestly and Mark-Paul & Catriona Gosselaar, and of course, Tiffani’s hubby, Brady Smith.

The special premieres on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 8 pm eastern and repeats at midnight. It will air again on Saturday, December 10 at 10 pm (with a second showing 3 hours later, as usual). Definitely looking forward to seeing this – sounds like a great group of folks and quite a delicious menu!

Astor Services for Children & Families has posted the video of celebrities (including Tim!) reading Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Raven” for their Ghostories Fundraising Benefit on YouTube. The benefit featured in-person readings of other stories by White Collar‘s Hilarie Burton and husband Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Supernatural), with Griffin Dunne and Mary Stuart Masterson, as well as the collaborative video reading of “The Raven.”

Tim does a hauntingly beautiful reading of the first stanza of the poem. The video also features Willie Garson, Supernatural‘s Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki, Matt Dallas, Normal Reedus, Paul Rudd, and many more. Check it out!

And trust me, this is really worth your $ 2.99! So, go buy it, watch it and come back here to tell what you thought of it! 🙂

Congratulation to Tim, Stéphane Dumonceau, Frederick Waterman and everyone involved in this project. I’m really happy that is it finally available to a large audience.

Thanks to the folks at White Collar Closure TV, who tweeted that Tim’s short film, Best Man Wins, will be released on iTunes on September 12! And it will likely be available for you international folks as well!

It’ll be great to finally see this film, as we’ve been waiting quite a while for it to finish making the festival rounds.

Speaking of festivals, Tim won the Best Actor award for Best Man Wins at the Kolkata Shorts International Film Festival on July 24. Congratulations to Tim, and to everyone involved with the film, which also won the Best Film award!

It’s been a blessing getting to watch Tim and Elisa’s adorable little boy turn into a handsome and gracious young man. In addition to being talented at just about everything he tries, Jamis is also quick to respond and thank us when we post things for him on our Instagram account – including with the birthday wishes today.

Jamis, here’s hoping your 17th year brings you so many great things! Good luck with baseball, your junior year of high school, and everything else that comes your way in the upcoming year – and beyond!
