Here and Now 1×07 Reaction Post

Wow! Okay, so we got to see quite a bit more of Steven this week and some great interactions with Audrey. Seems like things are progressing nicely on the business front, and only slightly more slowly on the personal front.

Here and Now 1×06 Reaction Post

We got to see a little bit more of Steven Benjamin and Audrey Bayer this week, including even more foreshadowing. Even though we already know where it’s going, I still love seeing it develop! Hoping for more than two scenes next week, although with so many other storylines going on, that may be a bit much to ask. 😉 (Unrelated sidenote: I was excited to see that Tim is working in Vancouver again!)

So, what did you think of this week’s episode? Let us know in the comments – and feel free to comment on other storylines as well!

Here and Now 1×05 Reaction Post

Wow! What did you think of our introduction to Steven Benjamin in tonight’s episode of Here and Now? I really enjoyed what we’ve seen so far – and I have to admit to fangirling a bit over the photo of Steven with the Obamas! <3 The rest of the episode was great as well. I’m loving the friendship between Kristen and Navid, and that last scene between Greg and Audrey was so powerful.

So what did you think? How are you all liking the show so far? Leave your thoughts below!

Episode 5: “From Sun Up to Sun Down”

Debut date: Sunday, March 11 at 9 pm

Farid (Peter Macdissi) has trouble separating professional and personal perspectives after Ramon’s (Daniel Zovatto) most recent incident. Kristen (Sosie Bacon) and Navid (Marwan Salama) stumble onto potentially incriminating activity. Duc (Raymond Lee) and Carmen (Fernanda Andrade) make a pledge over tea. Ashley (Jerrika Hinton) and Malcolm (Joe Williamson) have dinner with the parents of Haley’s classmate, but come away with divergent opinions about the couple.

Episode 6: “Fight, Death”

Debut date: Sunday, March 18 at 9 pm

Rocked by a disturbing revelation, Ramon (Daniel Zovatto) escapes into the past. Farid (Peter Macdissi) looks for meaning in a translation, while Kristen (Sosie Bacon) takes comfort in the music of the Torah. Audrey (Holly Hunter) finds that an old college friend, Steven Benjamin (Tim DeKay), is receptive to her Empathy Initiative pitch. Greg (Tim Robbins) works out with Duc (Raymond Lee) and Michael (Kevin Bigley), and submits a foreword to Duc’s soon-to-be-published self-help book.

If you haven’t been keeping up, you’ve been missing an interesting show! I’m enjoying it so far, especially now that it’s settled in after all of the worldbuilding in the pilot, and I really appreciate the diversity and honesty I’ve seen so far. Episode 4 airs this coming Sunday, March 4.

Here and Now premieres tonight

Just a quick reminder that Tim’s new series, Here and Now, premieres tonight at 9 pm on HBO!

Tim is not in the first four episodes of the 10-episode season, but he is in every one of the last six episodes!

Tune in tonight for the premiere, then let us know what you think in the comments below. Once Tim’s episodes start airing, we’ll post reaction posts, as we’ve done with his other projects.

Here and Now was created by Alan Ball and stars Tim Robbins and Holly Hunter. I’m really looking forward to seeing what they have in store for us!

Tim to appear in HBO series Here and Now

Tim has joined the cast of Here and Now, an upcoming HBO series starring Holly Hunter and Tim Robbins. The  10 episode series will premiere on Sunday, February 11, at 9/8c. Tim is set to appear in 6 episodes, playing Holly Hunter’s secret lover. 😉

Take a look at Here and Now‘s teaser trailer below (Tim doesn’t appear).

Tim in “A Christmas Pudding”

It’s been pretty quiet around here lately, but Tim posted some great news on Instagram today. “A Christmas Pudding” has returned this year, and Tim will once again be a member of the cast! And with yet another White Collar reunion of sorts, the cast also features Sharif Atkins and his wife, Bethany (who is a White Collar “Harvard Crew” alum herself)!

The show features stories, songs, and more – and you’ll have two chances to catch it this year if you’re in the southern California area. The first show is on Friday, December 15 at 7pm at Westwood Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles, and the second show is on Saturday, December 16 at 7pm at St. Augustine By-the-Sea in Santa Monica, CA. Admission is $25 (or $5 for kids under 16), and the show benefits PATH (People Assisting the Homeless).

Here’s Tim’s Instagram post with the flyer for the show. Hopefully some of you are able to go see Tim, Sharif, Bethany, and the rest of the cast!

Great cause, great cast, great night filled with Christmas stories and songs!
