The time has finally arrived! After five amazing seasons, we get to see what the sixth and final season of White Collar brings! While it will be bittersweet, I’m really looking forward to seeing what they have in store for us. The first episode of season six, “Borrowed Time,” airs tonight at 9 pm eastern on USA Network. 🙂 (I will be attempting to live tweet from the @teamdekay Twitter account during the episode!)

  1. Haven’t seen the episode yet, but I’ve been peeking around and it sounds like everyone loved it!! Anxious to read all your thoughts on here! I’m headed home to get into jammies and be all set for the airing here!

  2. Hey so let’s try to be coherent… Sqquuuuueeeee

Oh my god that felt soooo good. Don’t you just love that feeling at each premiere, that you’re seeing again your BFF you hadn’t seen in a while and it feels all like good old days in high school? That’s how I feel about White Collar.

And once again they delivered such a great episode! Full of actions, emotions, awwwws and ahhhhs.

    Peter and Mozzie!! awwww
Neal being… Neal. Getting himself out of any situation, playing both sides, leaving clues that only Peter could find…
    Peter as Fat Charlie LOL
    And that big stunt!
I feel bad for Rebecca now… And for poor Neal. Heartbroken again.
    And a baby ♥

  3. 1. Some great Peter/Mozzie scenes! Great White Collar office/Mozzie interaction.
    2. Loved Mozzie switching roles with Neal tonight as the CI.
    3. Neal actually wore the same clothes over a 2 day period!!! 🙂
    4. Peter Burke needs a few more pounds before he becomes Fat Charlie.
    5. Foreshadowing with Rebecca’s goodby.
    6. What is it that Neal really wants …. besides his freedom?
    7. The surprise about Elizabeth.
    8. Will Peter kill Mozzie by the last episode? 🙂
    9. What will Mozzie ask Jones?
    10. How will Neal play the Pink Panthers?

    1. Ahaha yes I’m very curious about what Mozzie is going to ask Jones! I have a feeling Jones will regret it a looong time. 😉

Funny that Mozzie seems to know Peter more than Jones 😉

      1. I’m wondering if Mozzie will hold this trump card over Jones until a later episode when he needs some valuable info to protect himself or Neal …

        1. Yes I thought about that too, but then I don’t think Jones will feel terrified enough of the consequences of not keeping his word that he’d have to give Mozzie sensitive intel just because he lost a bet.

  4. I was on the edge of my seat for the whole ep.

Peter as Fat Charlie was perfect. I love Neal’s reaction to seeing him.

Mozzie bringing dinner to Peter (because El asked him to) and then Peter asking Mozzie to stay was nice. : )

I love Mozzie but his speech to Neal at the end made me want to slap him.

I am looking forward to seeing what happens next. SQUEEEEEE!!!

    1. I agree. Loved the whole Fat Charlie interaction. First, Mozzie’s pain over identifying a source, Peter taking over the con and Neal’s reaction. 🙂

  5. I have so much feeling right now! What a great episode it was!!!
Peter as Fat Charlie was priceless 🙂 he looks so good with the while undershirt.
And even the new duo Peter-Mozzie works well.
but the very bomb was El’s pregnancy…l’m so happy for the Burkes, I was hoping for a baby Suit since first season

    1. I hope we see more of the Peter/Mozzie duo. I don’t want to take anything away from the Neal & Peter bromance but the interaction of the suit and little guy is magic too.

  6. Oh Girls this is a GREAT Awesome amazing ep !!
all the best things we love are there…the friendiship
the banter an this new camaderie between Mozzie and Jones …
and Diana cuffied Mozzie in the van because he was touching everything …
    there were
and I LOVED Peter in this ep …the FBI agent in him first thought was : Neal ran … but the friend took his time to find the truth and then they play as the perfect partners they are knowing exactly what the other will do for help and for clues….
…Neal to Cowboy boots ..”Peter will find me” … and the left clue under the chair
they are twins …not only partners ehehehe

    1. I knew you’d love this ep, Grace. It was so good to see the perfect partnership highlighted once again. 🙂

  7. Just a quick question – I had read that there would be some kind of In Memoriam episode dedication to James Rebhorn – didn’t catch anything unless I missed it.

  8. SOOO good to have this show back! Liked about everything in it, well, except for that last conversation between Neal and Mozzie. And what Rachel said to Neal. Not sure I’ll like the ending if that’s foreshadowing.
But for now I really enjoyed this episode. Mozzie was hilarious and nearly stole the episode. Peter and Mozzie were so much fun. Mozzie called Peter “Peter” again. 😉 And Peter shouting into the pen that Mozzie tried to use as a bug on the FBI.
Neal leaving a message in the chair vs. breaking free… When he was loosening that screw, I had to think of that scene in Most Wanted, and was waiting for him to show his hands to Booth. Didn’t expect a message.
Peter taking over the scene with Fat Charlie after he did not complain to Mozzie’s “Let me do the talk.” – And Neal’s reaction when he saw Peter opening the door… Very subtly played, just great!
Don’t really care for Baby Burke. I had hoped that it wouldn’t play out until later in the season, but as soon as the blood test was mentioned, I knew we’d learn about it today. I hope it won’t be mentioned too often in the upcoming episodes.
    😀

  9. Wooohoo \o/

Geez, how awesome was that ep?

I’m about to watch it again, but I think the scenes that stole the ep were those with Peter and Moz 😀 Of course, there was also Neal looking particularly beautiful… and being sooooo good at playing his game ♥

And Peter as Fat Charlie *squeeeeeeee*

I cannot wait for next week, I have a feeling it’s gonna top this one 😀

    1. Agreed – awesome ep! (Well, outside of the Burkes’ news, but I’m trying to overlook that.) Not sure yet if I’ll leave a full comment or write a review post…hmm…

I’ve been calling Peter the “lowfat version of Fat Charlie.” 😀 In any case, that scene…guh! <3

And yeah, the Peter and Mozzie scenes were my favorites, too - especially the dinner scene! Joe Henderson (who wrote the ep) said on Twitter that the dinner scene was much longer, but the director trimmed 2-3 pages of dialogue. He also said he hopes we get to see the full scene on the S6 DVD - I hope so, too! (If not, he agreed to share the script pages from the scene!)

Definitely can't wait for next week - the "aging" and the reason behind it, that tux and cream-colored bowtie and suspenders...more guh.

  10. I just rewatched the ep and well it gave me the same reaction of the Pilot when it finished I wanted just watch it again and again ..all the scenes are great never a moment slow or down
it forces you to sit up and do not miss a single second!! oh this is a sacrifice I can make… many times a days ..eheheh
I loved Peter Mozzie moments and the dinner well maybe the Director made the right decision in cutting the scenes ,that was perfect! a more longer scene maybe would lose its effectiveness
Episode like this make me think, no , SURE that Usanet made a big big
mistake ……we are not the only one who are going to miss this show soooo much!!

  11. Hello to anyone who is here. I’ve just discovered this site, and have a question…Other than the USANetwork site, is there a site that you’d recommend for livestreaming these final episodes? I don’t have cable, so I’ve always had to rely on Hulu (or DVDs a year later, heaven forbid). But Hulu episodes arrive 14-30 days after airdate, and with these being the final episodes….I highly doubt I can wait that long. Thanks!

(P.S. I’ve also posted this on the next thread, as I wasn’t sure where to put it :))

  12. Really loved the episode. I loved Peter . He was smart and he and Neal did that knowing what the another person is thinking again.
“Heights. Why does it always have to heights”
Loved that Peter said to the team that they would trust Neal. This episode showcased Peter’s trust in Neal. This is how they work. They work together knowing what the other is doing even when they are apart.

It did not bother me that Peter initially went with Neal ran scenario. I think Peter really did not believe it and was glad that Mozzie convinced him. But scared of the implications of Neal being in danger. Loved that Peter allowed Neal to run his plan and helped.
Good scene with Mozzie and Jones.

Loved Mozzie and Peter reactions. Those two really do like each other. The dinner scene was so “Aww!”
The zipline was great and Peter had to watch Neal zip across. Peter loves to watch Neal’s exploits.
This episode was Peter at his best. Smart , intuitive , compassionate and not allowing his fears override his intelligence.
